Mentoring Program

The Riverside County Bar Association’s (“RCBA”) began its Mentoring Program in 2011. Attorneys who have practiced for five (5) years or more may share their experience and mentor a protégé.

These mentoring opportunities include, but are not limited to, in-person meetings to discuss a variety of topics (ethics and professionalism, practice and law office management, etc.) and providing your protégé with the possibility of shadowing you.
